York Region Police have issued a warning, in relation to a new fraud scheme making it’s rounds and this one was scary. Police say on Tuesday a woman received a call from someone claiming to be from the CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) claiming the woman owed overdue taxes. When the victim hung up, a short while later, a second phone call came in from a phone number that showed up at York Regional Police on her call display.  The woman hung up again.  A short while later 2 suspects driving a black SUV showed up at her home. She didn’t answer her door and they eventually left. Police say some scammers have special software to alter their phone numbers to make it appear that they are calling from another phone identity.

Gareth Crowe, 36, and his 16-year-old daughter had been riding the animal when it apparently turned on its handler on the island of Koh Samui. The Bangkok Post said the 13-year-old elephant, called Golf, became agitated when its handler stopped in a forested area to take pictures, hitting the handler with its trunk before stabbing him in the torso with a tusk, causing serious injuries.     It then threw Mr Crowe and his daughter from its back, trampling on Mr Crowe and goring him with its tusk, killing him instantly. His daughter was treated in hospital after sustaining minor injuries.

Ghosting   The act of suddenly ceasing all communication with someone the subject is dating, but no longer wishes to date. This is done in hopes that the ghostee will just "get the hint" and leave the subject alone, as opposed to the subject simply telling them he/she is no longer interested. Ghosting is not specific to a certain gender and is closely related to the subject's maturity and communication skills. Many attempt to justify ghosting as a way to cease dating the ghostee without hurting their feelings, but it in fact proves the subject is thinking more of themselves, as ghosting often creates more confusion for the ghostee than if the subject kindly stated how he/she feels. Carmen: How was your second date with Kyle?   Beth: I thought it went well, but I've texted him a couple of times since then and he's been ghosting me.   Carmen: What? I thought he was more mature than that Neotech - refers the the 21st century culture and norm changes cause...

Yes the free market is correcting North Korea. Should only take a few more months, years at the most.  Going against natural market forces is in the long run an impossible task. Look at Rome, it was corrected.  Freakenomcis you mean? Read it, Good book.            Rather surprised by the left wing rise of Donald Trump, you think the right wing people would be up to his tricks.  Brilliant move of his to go short and destroy the American economy.  He will be the richest man on earth if he is doing what I suspect.         Most of my fellow tutors thing they should close the schools down open day care send the students to China for education. Probably be a huge save in money assuming you only had to fly them back twice. Probably could put some of the kids to work in the factorizes too as interns. Sort of a Marigold Hotel for the youth. Certainly should be ch...
